This strawberry cheesecake ice cream brings all the comfort of a classic homemade dessert into a creamy, low-carb ice cream recipe made with tangy cream cheese, sweet strawberries, and better-for-you ingredients. It’s rich, satisfying, and fits beautifully into the Wellness Lifestyle Kitchen approach to healthy ice cream, real food, and everyday treats that feel indulgent without the sugar crash.
Note: Allulose does more than sweeten. It improves texture. It helps ice cream stay softer and creamier straight from the freezer. ❇️ Anthony’s Allulose Sweetener (affiliate) 👉 https://amzn.to/4reV0bN

Instructions:
Blend Base: In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine strawberries, cream cheese, half and half, heavy cream, allulose blend, vanilla extract, vodka, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Taste & Adjust: Taste the mixture — it should be sweet enough, but adjust if needed.
Chill: If your base is warm from blending, refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
Churn: Pour into your ice cream maker and churn according to your machine’s directions (usually 20–25 minutes).
Freeze: Transfer to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2–3 hours if you want a firmer texture.
Note: Instead of buying a bulky single-purpose ice cream machine, we use our KitchenAid with the ice cream attachment. It handles mixing and churning without taking up extra space.
